Terms & Conditions

Customers shall not list, sell or offer KAP Toys Ltd. products and products bought from KAP Toys Ltd. on Amazon. Customers shall not sell any such products on to any third party which intends to or then lists, sells or offers the products for sale in this way.

KAP Toys Ltd. will not supply any trading account that offers or has the intention of offering KAP Toys products for sale on Amazon or which sells the products on to a third party which then offers the products for sale in this way. Customer accounts listing products bought from KAP Toys Ltd. on Amazon will be closed.

The purchasing of products from KAP Toys Ltd. and the listing on Amazon, in the UK or abroad under an alternative trading name is prohibited.

Summary of our Trading Terms & Conditions

Minimum opening order:  £250 and minimum reorder £100 plus vat.
UK carriage paid on orders of £300 or more.
For orders under £300: UK carriage £25.

For the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland: carriage paid on orders of £?? or more, otherwise carriage £??.

For customers outside the UK and the Republic of Ireland, prices are ex-works (or FOB to a UK mainland destination for orders of £300 or more).

New UK customers: payment is required in advance until receipt of satisfactory credit checks.

UK credit accounts are payable within 30 days from delivery of goods.
Accounts must be current before subsequent deliveries are made.
Non-UK customers: payment required in advance for all orders.

Shortages and/or damaged goods must be reported to KAP Toys Ltd. within 3 days of receipt of goods, otherwise we reserve the right to not authorise credit for any shortages or damaged goods subsequently reported.

The risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt but equitable and beneficial ownership shall remain with KAP Toys Ltd. until payment is received in full for all invoices.

KAP Toys Ltd. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

KAP Toys Ltd. may deliver by instalments in such quantities as it may reasonably decide. Such instalments shall be separate obligations and no breach in respect of one or more of them shall entitle the Buyer to cancel any subsequent instalments or repudiate this contract as a whole.

Our terms and conditions supersede any terms and conditions stated on a customer’s purchase order.

All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

KAP Toys Ltd. complies fully with the Data Protection Act, 1988.
