Shipping & Returns

UK Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days between Monday and Friday within the UK mainland. We aim to process orders on the same day if received by 2:30pm, anything received after this time will be processed the next day.

Delivery costs will be £25 with free delivery on orders over £300.

Highlands & Islands Delivery

For orders delivered to the highlands and islands please request a shipping quotation during checkout to establish what your delivery charge will be.

International Delivery

If ordering from outside of the UK please contact warehouse@kaptoys.com to establish what your delivery charge will be.

Returns

You are entitled to return goods to us at any time up to the end of the 14 days from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

In order to return the goods you must notify us by telephone, email, or in writing and we will provide to you a returns number. If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us as soon as possible.

You will need to send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk in the original packaging and condition. Our returns address is:

Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of the packing note included in the package we sent to you and a brief note of the reason for return including the returns number.
